Kadyrov noted that the deteriorating situation and frequent raids against migrants are compelling reasons for such an appeal.
He emphasized that Russian special services view citizens of Central Asia as potential threats, which leads to a loss of the profits they could bring.
“Think and leave Russia as soon as possible. No earnings are worth the tears of your loved ones,” the deputy stated.
This appeal followed the tragic news of the death of a citizen of Uzbekistan in Khabarovsk. In connection with the incident, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the republic previously sent an official appeal to the Russian foreign ministry.
