Namazov was born on April 3, 1971, in Dushanbe.
Education:
- In 1997, he completed his studies at the Kyrgyz State Institute of Physical Culture with a degree in "pre-conscription and physical training."
- In 2003, he graduated from the FSB Academy of the Russian Federation with a degree in "operational activities of security agencies."
- In 2013, he graduated from the Kyrgyz National University, where he studied law.
- Namazov's career began in 1991.
- Since September 2021, he has served in the customs authorities of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- He held various positions, including Deputy Head and Head of the "Operational," Southwestern, and Northeastern Customs.
- He headed the Main Directorate for Combating Smuggling.
- Since March 12, 2025, he has been acting as Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Service.
