In his speech at the opening ceremony, the head of state emphasized that this is just the beginning of large-scale changes in the park. A second phase of construction is planned, which will extend the cable car to 12 kilometers, covering the most scenic areas. In addition, modern cottages, a rodelbahn, and a five-star hotel with a swimming pool are already being built in Ala-Archa. The president noted that thanks to digitalization and the abandonment of cash, the park's revenues have significantly increased — from 29 million soms in 2020 to a record 262 million soms in 2025.
In his address, Japarov paid special attention to protecting the interests of investors and entrepreneurs. He called on law enforcement agencies to cease any unwarranted interference in business processes.
"Do not pressure entrepreneurs who contribute to the development of the country. If I hear of any pressure, please do not take offense," the president stated, reminding about the existing moratorium on unwarranted inspections. He also urged businesses to operate honestly and pay taxes on time in response to the favorable conditions created by the state.
At the end of his visit, Japarov inspected the new hotel infrastructure facilities in the park. He reaffirmed the strategic goal of the authorities — to present Kyrgyzstan as a country of mountain tourism, implementing modern service standards in various regions, including the under-construction Ala-Tuu Resort complex on Issyk-Kul.
