In his speech at the ceremony, he emphasized the importance of developing modern tourist facilities, which is one of the key directions of state policy.
“We strive to fully unlock the tourist potential of the country and make Kyrgyzstan known on a global level in the field of mountain tourism,” noted President Japarov.

According to the head of state, significant changes have occurred in the infrastructure of Ala-Archa in recent years, creating comfortable conditions for tourists. The new gondola lift, which is 1 kilometer long, can transport up to a thousand people per hour, opening new horizons for both local residents and foreign guests.
The construction of the gondola lift is being carried out by the renowned Austrian company Doppelmayr, which is also involved in the project to create lifts at the Ala-Tuu Resort ski complex in the Issyk-Kul region.
The president reported that as part of the second phase of the project, the route is planned to be extended to 12 kilometers, which will cover more picturesque and hard-to-reach areas of the national park.
In addition to the gondola lift, modern cottages and a toboggan run are also being built in Ala-Archa, and there are plans to open a five-star hotel with a swimming pool.
Japarov provided statistics on the growth of the park's revenues: if in 2020 they amounted to 29 million soms, by 2025 this figure is expected to exceed 262 million soms, which corresponds to almost a ninefold increase. This has been made possible due to the implementation of digitalization and transparent management.
The president emphasized that the state is open to investments and will continue to create favorable conditions for business. He also reminded about the introduction of a moratorium on unjustified checks of entrepreneurs and urged law enforcement agencies to avoid pressure on the business community.
Sadyr Japarov expressed confidence that the implementation of tourism projects will attract more tourists, create new jobs, and make a significant contribution to the economic development of the country.
“Let’s show the world that Kyrgyzstan is a land of majestic mountains, where the snow leopard lives and there are excellent opportunities for recreation,” added the president.
