This statement was made against the backdrop of discussions about personnel changes in the local administration; however, the head of government emphasized the importance of maintaining economic discipline and protecting the interests of businesspeople.
“Completely stop unfounded and illegal inspections. Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Tax Service, I ask you to cease any illegal pressure on business. If there are facts of law violations — that’s one thing, but just coming in and demanding ‘give this much, bring that’ — this should not happen,” said Adylbek Kasymaliev.
He also reminded about the existing moratorium on inspections in the country, stating that any control measures must be conducted strictly within the framework of the law and only when there are grounds.
Furthermore, the head of the Cabinet of Ministers gave a separate instruction to the prosecutor's office, noting that it is necessary to take control of the situation and eliminate any abuses.
Adylbek Kasymaliev emphasized that business plays a significant role in the economy of the state.
Businesspeople pay taxes, on which we live, build roads, and other facilities. Their contribution to the economy is enormous.
