Donald Trump decided to instruct the disclosure of documents regarding aliens and UFOs
U.S. President Donald Trump announced his intention to assign Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and relevant agencies the task of disclosing information about UFOs and extraterrestrial life.

In his message on the social network Truth Social, he emphasized that the high interest in this topic requires the activation of efforts to identify and publish government documents related to unidentified aerial phenomena and extraterrestrial life. "These are extremely complex but important issues," Trump noted.

The reason for this decision, according to the president, was the "huge interest" of the public in questions of extraterrestrial life.

By the way, Trump previously criticized former President Barack Obama for his statements about the existence of aliens, claiming that Obama "disclosed classified information" and "made a big mistake." In his opinion, Obama had no right to make such statements, as it could influence public opinion.

Obama himself mentioned in an interview that aliens do indeed exist; however, he has not seen them and does not believe they are in Area 51 — a secret U.S. Air Force facility that is rumored to conceal alien technologies and spacecraft wreckage. Declassified CIA documents from 2013 stated that Area 51 was used for testing spy planes.

Obama also stated that during his presidency, he found no evidence of contact with aliens, adding: "Seriously!"

He explained his belief in the existence of extraterrestrial life by saying that the probability of its existence is high, given the vastness of the universe, but the chances of it visiting Earth remain minimal due to the enormous distances.

When asked if he had seen any evidence of the existence of aliens, Trump replied: "I don't know if they exist or not."
