Mamataliyev emphasized that the development of interaction between the two peoples, who have a long history of neighborliness, is an important direction of Kyrgyzstan's foreign policy. He mentioned the construction of a railway connecting China, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan, as well as several joint investment projects aimed at developing trade, economic, and cultural ties.

The Chinese ambassador, Liu Jiangping, noted that for China, cooperation with Kyrgyzstan holds special significance. She expressed confidence that a "golden age" of partnership has arrived between the two countries. "A multitude of agreements have been signed between our states. It is important to jointly implement them," she added.
