He emphasized that according to open data, from 2021 to 2025, "Kyrgyz Petroleum Company" produced 357.9 thousand tons of diesel fuel, of which Moka Group purchased only 5,463 tons.
According to Tashiev, this is only 1.53% of the total diesel fuel production volume.
He denied rumors that his company allegedly controlled purchases from "Kyrgyz Petroleum Company," asserting that other firms also bought fuel in the necessary volumes.
Additionally, Tashiev noted that, according to his information, "Kyrgyz Petroleum Company" risks halting diesel fuel production due to overflowing warehouses and a significant decrease in demand.
He also added that company employees are negotiating with private entities in search of buyers for the diesel fuel.
In conclusion, Tashiev urged not to spread false information about himself and his company.
Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs announced the initiation of a criminal case under Article 336 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "Corruption" in connection with possible violations at "Kyrgyzneftegaz."
According to the agency, the basis for the investigation was video materials published in the media, which raised questions about possible illegal actions by the company's employees.
The investigation suggests that employees of "Kyrgyzneftegaz" may have abused their official positions in collusion with other companies to organize illegal schemes for the sale of fuel and lubricants. The Ministry of Internal Affairs also stated that against the backdrop of rising prices for fuel and lubricants in the country, conditions have been created for certain related entities to extract illegal profits.
Currently, as previously reported, investigative actions are being conducted with the involvement of specialists from the State Tax Service.
