According to the information provided, a man named M.K., born in 1988 and residing in the Osh region, contacted the police. He reported that on the night of January 8 to 9, 2026, his daughter, born in 2009, became a victim of an attack. According to the complainant, a group of people inflicted bodily harm on the girl without any apparent reason and shaved her hair and eyebrows.
As a result of the incident, the minor was hospitalized for medical assistance.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding this incident under Article 138 (Causing serious harm to health) of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the investigation, two suspects were detained, residents of the Bazar-Korgon and Suzak districts. The court has chosen a preventive measure in the form of detention for one month.
It is also reported that one of the detainees had previous legal issues. Currently, investigative actions are ongoing.
