In the Jalal-Abad region, a case of cruel treatment of a minor has been recorded. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of internal affairs.
According to law enforcement agencies, the father of the victim called the duty station. He reported that his daughter R.M., born in 2009, was subjected to violence and partial shaving of her hair by three men — Azat, Jumagul, and Tazagul — on the night of January 8 to 9.
The girl was urgently hospitalized at the Uzgen District Hospital. In connection with the incident, a criminal case was initiated under the article concerning torture, according to the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
As a result of investigative activities, the police detained two suspects: T.N. (a resident of the Bazar-Korgon district, born in 1988) and N.A. (a resident of the Suzak district, born in 2006). Both have been detained and are in custody.
