According to the information from the authorities, the incident occurred on the night of January 8 to 9, when a group of people beat the girl, born in 2009, for no apparent reason. During the attack, they also shaved her hair and eyebrows, subjecting her to humiliation.
The victim was hospitalized in the Uzgen District Hospital due to her injuries.
The case has been registered in the Unified Register of Crimes under Article 138 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning beatings and torture.
As a result of operational investigative measures, two individuals were detained — residents of the Bazar-Korgon and Suzak districts, born in 1988 and 2006. The Manas City Court has imposed a preventive measure of one month of arrest for them.
Additionally, the law enforcement reported that one of the detainees had previously had legal issues related to hooliganism and fraud.
