According to the provided information, a resident of the Osh region named M.K., born in 1988, approached the investigative authorities. He stated that on the night of January 8 to 9, 2026, from 11:30 PM to 4:00 AM, his daughter R.M., born in 2009, was beaten without reason by a group of young people, among whom were T., Zh., and A. The girl suffered as they cut her eyebrows and part of her hair. M.K. requested the necessary measures to be taken.
As a result of the injuries sustained, R.M. was hospitalized in the Uzgen District Hospital.
This incident was registered in the Unified Register of Crimes under Article 138 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic ("Torture"), and a criminal case has been initiated by the investigative department of the Jalal-Abad regional police.
As a result of operational-search activities, the following suspects were detained: T.N., born in 1988, a resident of the Bazar-Korgon district, and N.A., born in 2006, a resident of the Suzak district.
The Manas City Court has decided to arrest them for a period of one month.
Additionally, during the investigation, it was revealed that T.N. has a criminal record for hooliganism and fraud, as stated in the official report.
