A case of the dissemination of materials contributing to the destabilization of the social and political situation has been recorded in Bishkek. This was reported by the Main Internal Affairs Department of the capital.
According to the information provided, on January 27, 2026, during the monitoring of internet resources and social networks, publications aimed at undermining the authority of the state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic and exacerbating the socio-political situation in the country were discovered on the Instagram page named "meder.tagaibekovich".
It is also noted that in the comments to these publications, social media users left statements and calls that could lead to the destabilization of the situation and the emergence of mass riots. Specifically, it concerned the closure of private driving schools in the country.
In this regard, the Investigative Service initiated a criminal case under Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to mass riots and calls for active disobedience to the lawful demands of representatives of the authorities.
During the investigative and operational activities, police officers detained and brought to the police station M.T., born in 1994, who, according to Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department of Bishkek.
It is worth noting that this individual is the head of the LLC "Aidoochulardy Dayardoo Borboru", known as the "Driver Training Center".
Currently, necessary checks and investigative actions are ongoing.
