During the inspections, it was revealed that some pawnshops violate the requirements of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Activities of Pawnshops" and the provisions regarding the "Minimum Requirements for Organizing the Activities of Pawnshops on the Territory of the Kyrgyz Republic," which were approved by the Government Resolution of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 353 on July 8, 2017. In particular, there were recorded cases where civil passports, birth certificates, and state acts of private property rights were accepted as collateral.
