Raid 'Den' in Bishkek: protocols were drawn up against sex workers
On February 4, an operation took place in Bishkek, organized by the municipal administration of the Sverdlovsk district, in cooperation with the local police department and the Tax Service. This event was conducted under the Law "On the Prevention of Offenses."

The aim of the raid was to identify individuals providing intimate services, as well as to enhance public safety.



As a result of the conducted activities, three administrative protocols were drawn up under Article 109-2 of the Code of Offenses, and preventive explanations were provided.

According to the legislation, engaging in prostitution can result in a fine of 200 calculation indicators (which amounts to 20,000 soms) or administrative arrest for a period of three to seven days.

The city hall emphasized that such raids will continue during nighttime, from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Authorities and law enforcement intend to work together to identify and suppress the activities of dens.
