Three employees of the State Center for Vehicle Registration were detained for document forgery

They had connections with previously arrested directors of private driving schools


Three employees of the State Center for Vehicle Registration were detained in Bishkek. This was reported by the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui region.

Earlier, law enforcement agencies arrested the directors of two private driving schools, B.T. and M.A. They are suspected of organizing fictitious training for students, for which they received between 40,000 and 120,000 soms through intermediary I.T. As a result of their illegal activities, 244 students were registered, bringing in 2,760,850 soms.

As part of the criminal case under Article 379 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, three suspects were detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.

During the further investigation, it was revealed that these individuals were also involved in the illegal registration of vehicles imported into the country based on forged documents. This activity was carried out through the State Center for Vehicle Registration, where employees ensured the fictitious entry of data into registration databases and the registration of cars using fake certificates and documents.

During the investigation, the involvement of employees from the Bishkek City Department of the State Center for Vehicle Registration was established: chief specialist S.D. and specialists K.U. and U.A., all born in 1997.

The detainees have been placed in a temporary detention facility.

The investigation is ongoing.
