The events unfolded on the night of February 14, around 00:30, in the village of Petrovka. A group of three young men, under the influence of alcohol, arrived from Bishkek and began to argue with a local resident and his friends on Frunze Street. The dispute quickly escalated into a physical altercation.
During the fight, one of the participants attacked the victim with a knife, after which all the assailants fled the scene in a car.
In connection with these events, a criminal case was initiated under the article "Hooliganism".
As a result of operational measures, two men born in 2003 were detained. They have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Judicial examinations are currently being conducted, and all details of the incident are being established. The investigation is ongoing.
