According to the press service of the regional police, on February 13 at approximately 03:03, a report was received by the "102" service stating that a resident of the village of Baizak in the Jumgal District, S.D., born in 1996, was found hanged in a livestock shed located in the yard of his home.
This fact has been registered in the electronic journal of information accounting of the Jumgal District Department of Internal Affairs, and preliminary investigative measures have been initiated. An operational investigative group has arrived at the scene and conducted an inspection. According to the results of the initial examination, it was established that, apart from a rope mark on the neck, no other bodily injuries were found on the body of the deceased.
“On February 12, the wife of the deceased, A.K., before the incident, while reviewing her husband's mobile phone, discovered his correspondence with a woman named T.N. and that he had been transferring money to her. This led to a quarrel between the spouses. It is reported that A.K. called the wife of an older relative (in Kyrgyz - жеңе) and, at approximately 01:30 in the morning, left S.D.'s house, stating her intention to divorce.
Earlier, in January 2026, T.N. filed a statement regarding S.D., indicating that they had a relationship, after which she learned of her pregnancy and asked S.D. over the phone to give her money for an abortion.
According to T.N., S.D. agreed, but did not transfer the money and stopped answering calls - he was hiding. Relevant verification measures were conducted based on this appeal, and as a result, a procedural decision was made in accordance with legal requirements.
Currently, to establish all the circumstances of the incident, investigations are ongoing by the Internal Investigation Service of the Naryn Region's Department of Internal Affairs and the Methodological Control Department of the Investigative Service,” the statement reads.
