In this regard, a criminal case was initiated under Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal seizure of someone else's land plot and the construction on agricultural land in violation of its intended use.
As a result of operational-search activities, the suspect J. E., born in 1966, was identified and detained. He is currently in a temporary detention facility in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing.
