As a result of the complaint, a criminal case was initiated under Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal seizure of land and violations of its use.
According to the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of Chuy region, during the investigative actions, it was found that the plot does not fall under the land amnesty, according to data from the Sokuluk district branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography. The plot was classified as agricultural land.
As a result of operational-search activities, the police identified the suspect in this crime — a woman named D.G. (born in 1961). She was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Similar complaints have been received by the police from 15 other citizens. Currently, the materials have been registered, and an investigation is underway to establish all the circumstances of the case.
