A woman has been detained on suspicion of illegal land seizure
In the Sokuluk district of the Chui region, in the village of Kozhomkul, an incident occurred involving the seizure of land plots for construction. This was reported by the regional department of internal affairs.
On January 16, a local resident B.D., born in 1986, reported to the police about illegal actions by unknown individuals. Construction work was being carried out on a plot of land measuring 3 hectares, marked as contour No. 295.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The investigation revealed that, according to the Sokuluk district branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography, the specified plot does not fall under the land amnesty, as its designated purpose is agricultural land.
As a result of the investigation, a woman named D.G., born in 1961, was detained and is currently in a temporary detention facility.
