Inspectors from the Environmental and Technical Supervision Service immediately went to the scene and found that the source of the smoke was not in the "Mustafa" café, as initially assumed, but in the "Avangard 2" hotel located at the same address.
As a result of the inspection, an individual entrepreneur, S.G.V., was fined 28,000 soms in accordance with Article 230 of the Code of Offenses of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Additionally, an explanatory conversation was held with the entrepreneur regarding the necessity of complying with the country's environmental legislation.
The Environmental and Technical Supervision Service will continue to monitor citizens' appeals and respond promptly to reports posted in open sources.
