It became known that on January 3, a 67-year-old woman reported to the police that her son, while in a state of intoxication, regularly committed physical and psychological violence against her.
The victim was sent for a forensic medical examination, the results of which showed that she had sustained minor bodily harm, resulting in a temporary disturbance.
In connection with the incident, a criminal case has been initiated under Article 138 "Torture" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic. The suspect has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility, and necessary investigative actions are currently being carried out.
