2 kg 14 grams of narcotic substance were found in the vehicle
Police officers in the village of Vostok detained a vehicle containing a significant amount of narcotics. This was reported by the Internal Affairs Department of the Sverdlovsk district of Bishkek.
Earlier, information was received from operatives that a certain citizen A.A. was engaged in illegal activities related to drugs at the intersection of Jibek-Jolu Avenue and Kalinin Street.
During operational activities at the intersection of Kalinin and Ozyornaya Streets in the village of Vostok, a "KIA Picanto" vehicle was stopped. Upon inspecting the interior of the car, citizen A.A. voluntarily handed over a plant-based substance packaged in a white bag, weighing 2 kg 014 grams, which had a characteristic odor.
A forensic chemical examination has been appointed for the seized substance. The preliminary conclusion confirmed that this narcotic is cannabis (marijuana), which is listed among the prohibited substances.
The detainee has been placed in the temporary detention facility of the Main Internal Affairs Department. All necessary investigative actions are ongoing within the framework of the criminal case.
