Inspectors from the Talas Regional Department of the State Architectural and Construction Control discovered an asphalt concrete plant located on the outskirts of the village of Chon-Kara-Buura in the Aitmatov district. The degree of readiness of the facility was about 70%, while the plant had already begun its operations.

As a result of the raid, a ruling was issued against the company OsOO "Granite Trans Service" imposing a fine, as well as a directive to undergo registration in the established manner.
It should be noted that raids on all construction sites in Talas are conducted on a regular basis.
