
At the beginning of the conversation, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the number of Mongolians living in Australia, an important partner for Mongolia in the Asia-Pacific region, has reached 22,000. He expressed hope for further deepening cooperation in areas such as investment, education, and agriculture, which contribute to the livelihoods of citizens.
Moreover, he noted the readiness to study Australian experience in pasture management, sustainable development, as well as to implement methods of environmentally friendly agriculture and livestock breeding against the backdrop of increasing frequency and risk of natural disasters caused by climate change.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Gankhuu Khassuur emphasized the need to focus efforts on emergency management. He highlighted the importance of studying best practices in this area, implementing innovative solutions, and activating joint efforts to enhance the effectiveness of disaster risk reduction measures.
The Deputy Prime Minister expressed a desire to continue strengthening relations between Mongolia and Australia, expanding cooperation in the fields of education, agriculture and livestock, regional development, and emergency response, as well as in other areas of mutual interest.
