The Israel Defense Forces denied Iranian military statements regarding an attack on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office. Earlier, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps claimed that after the attack, "the fate of the prime minister of the Zionist regime remains unknown."
A representative of the IDF commented: "The IRGC is known for its disinformation messages and cynical use of the media to spread its fabrications," RTVI reported.
The IDF also noted that they recorded a new missile launch from Iran, but "no information about casualties or damage has been received."
In addition, the IRGC reported the destruction of three American fighter jets. In turn, American authorities confirmed that the planes did indeed crash on Kuwaiti territory, but this occurred due to "friendly fire" from local air defense systems.
