President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev spoke to a Turkistan journalist about his health, noting that he regularly practices yoga and plays table tennis, which positively affects his well-being.

Tokayev also mentioned that his health is fine and his blood pressure remains normal.

When asked about his colleagues from the CIS countries who also lead an active lifestyle, he replied: “During a recent informal meeting in Bishkek, Putin demonstrated his skills by fending off an attack from a young judoka, thereby proving the strength of the older generation. Aliyev actively trains and is in good physical shape, Japarov prefers football. Mirziyoyev also maintains his fitness by regularly visiting the gym. Pashinyan is into cycling, and Lukashenko, as it turns out, still plays hockey. Rahmon also does not complain about his health and retains the spirit of a sailor. All our colleagues are in excellent physical shape,” he shared.
