The main idea behind the operation of this shop is to eliminate intermediaries: meat from local farmers goes directly to the shelves. This approach not only reduces prices for consumers but also creates more favorable conditions for farmers by providing them with direct access to the market. This measure is aimed at supporting socially vulnerable groups of the population and preventing unjustified price increases for meat in the region.
The ministry emphasizes that all products presented in the shop undergo strict control and are safe for consumers. The experience of Naryn is planned to be replicated across the country, and similar shops will soon open in other regions. This initiative is part of a long-term strategy to ensure food security in Kyrgyzstan, support local producers, and strengthen the domestic market.
