She responded to Sheref's accusations, who claimed that she did not fulfill the terms of the contract to transfer about $500,000 in several stages for the construction of a residential complex in Osh. Amanbaeva emphasized that she had not received any funds from him.
“In 2020, I met this Turkish citizen through an acquaintance who said he was involved in the construction of a residential complex in Osh. When I was offered to jointly build a house, we discussed it and purchased a plot. The six apartments in question were supposed to be Duman Sheref's share in the project in exchange for the plot. However, after the agreement was concluded, we checked the documents and found out that the land belonged to the city hall. It was not their land, and our contract was annulled. In 2021, the city hall of Osh terminated the lease granted to the company 'Meh Mer' and returned the plot. Currently, a house has been built on that site, and people live there. There has been a court trial regarding this matter, and all investigative actions have been completed. The court confirmed my innocence,” she explained.
Additionally, Amanbaeva commented on the issue of transferring a kindergarten to Duman Sheref's management.
“In fact, it was a commercial space, not a kindergarten. According to the terms of the contract, we were obliged to build a residential complex on their plot and transfer six apartments to them. Instead of apartments, we offered this space. When I presented it to him, he refused, saying that everything was not in order with the documents. And perhaps it is for the best that he did not take it, otherwise I would not have been able to get it back,” she concluded.
