
During negotiations with the leadership of Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), key aspects of creating an independent regulatory system, the principles of operation of specialized financial courts, and ways to attract international investments were discussed.

As part of the visit, Bakyt Sydykov held a meeting with Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, the UAE Minister of Foreign Trade. During the discussion, the parties considered opportunities for expanding trade and economic cooperation and investment activity between the two countries.
This working visit was an important step in studying advanced international experience that will be used for the institutional development of the special financial investment territory 'Tamchi'.
- The Special Financial Investment Territory (SFIT) 'Tamchi', established in 2025 on Issyk-Kul, provides for a special legal, tax, and currency regime. This zone aims to attract foreign investments in the fields of digital assets, financial services, and tourism, while residents are exempt from most taxes for a period of 49 years.
