Participants noted the importance of creating a modern legal system that would contribute to improving the investment climate, strengthening investor confidence, and implementing effective methods of commercial dispute resolution in accordance with international standards.
Representatives of international financial institutions emphasized that the establishment of the IDRC within SFIT 'Tamchy' would be an important step towards improving the legal environment in Kyrgyzstan, which would enhance the predictability of judicial practice and provide additional guarantees for participants in investment projects.
