Leading company from the UAE is ready to cooperate with Kyrgyzstan in the energy sector

At the World Government Summit, Adylbek Kasymaliev held a meeting with the UAE Minister of Energy, Suhail Al-Mazrouei, and Mohammed Jamil Al-Ramahi, who is the CEO of Masdar. This information was provided by the press service of the Government of Kyrgyzstan.

During the discussion, issues related to the implementation of energy projects in Kyrgyzstan were raised, and steps to strengthen cooperation between the two countries were identified.



Kasymaliev emphasized that the development of renewable energy sources is a top priority in the state policy of Kyrgyzstan. He highlighted that the republic is interested in strengthening partnership relations in the field of sustainable development and renewable energy sources (RES).

According to the CEO of Masdar, the company views Kyrgyzstan as a promising partner in the region and expressed readiness for further cooperation. During the meeting, a framework agreement was signed between the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic and Masdar, underscoring the serious intentions of both parties.

The company Masdar (Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company), founded in 2006, has established itself as a leading player in the field of renewable energy, specializing in solar and wind energy, as well as "green" hydrogen. It actively invests in projects worldwide and aims to achieve a total capacity of over 100 gigawatts by 2030.
