Kasymaiev proposed the UAE to introduce a visa-free regime for citizens of Kyrgyzstan

This issue was raised at a meeting in Dubai during the World Government Summit.

During negotiations with Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who holds the position of Vice President and Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Adylbek Kasymaiev, proposed to introduce a visa-free regime for citizens of his country visiting the United Arab Emirates.

He emphasized that simplifying visa procedures could significantly improve business, investment, and humanitarian ties between the states. According to him, the UAE is an important trading partner for Kyrgyzstan in the Middle East, with a trade turnover expected to reach approximately 150 million dollars by 2025.

The prospects for expanding economic cooperation, attracting investments, and joint projects were also discussed. The Kyrgyz side invited investors from the UAE and representatives of sovereign funds to participate in major initiatives, including the forum "Cooperation Council of Arab Gulf States - Central Asia," which is scheduled to take place in Bishkek in April 2026.

Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed the UAE's readiness to continue deepening economic partnership and developing business interactions with Kyrgyzstan.
