Kasymaliev emphasized that there has been a steady increase in cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and the United Arab Emirates in recent years. In 2025, the UAE embassy opened in Bishkek, and trade turnover between the countries has already reached about $150 million.

According to the Prime Minister, the UAE occupies an important place in Kyrgyzstan's trade relations in the Middle East. This year, the third session of the Kyrgyz-UAE intergovernmental commission is planned to be held in Bishkek.

Kasymaliev also proposed to consider the introduction of a visa-free regime for citizens of Kyrgyzstan. He noted that this would simplify travel for Kyrgyz citizens and contribute to strengthening cultural and business ties.

In addition, he invited representatives of the UAE to participate in an investment forum that will take place in Bishkek in April 2026, which will gather countries from the Gulf Cooperation Council and Central Asia. As a further step, he suggested sending experts from major sovereign funds of the UAE to Kyrgyzstan to study national investment projects.

Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan confirmed that the UAE is interested in deepening cooperation with Kyrgyzstan and developing economic and investment initiatives.

The negotiations also touched upon issues of increasing mutual trade turnover, attracting investments, and expanding joint projects in key sectors of the economy.
