In his speech, Kasymaliev noted that the "Tamchy" project will become an important catalyst for the country's economic growth and will help to form a new investment climate.
He added that the created zone will unite international capital, fintech and IT initiatives, as well as modern logistics, relying on the region's potential and the best practices of global financial centers.
“We are creating a space with transparent and competitive rules. The SFIT "Tamchy" will become an international hub that will attract investments, technologies, and create numerous jobs,” he added.
Main characteristics of the "Tamchy" project
• The construction of office buildings, residential complexes, and tourist facilities with a total area of more than 470,000 square meters will be carried out in stages until 2035.
• The zone will be divided into business, logistics, and recreational parts.
• Residents will be exempt from all taxes for up to 49 years.
• Free conditions for capital movement, a flexible currency regime, and the possibility of full foreign participation are provided.
• An independent international dispute resolution center will be established on the site using the principles of English law.
• It is expected that by 2035, the tourist flow in the area of more than 100 hectares will reach 90,000 people per year.
Kasymaliev also reminded that this project is being implemented against the backdrop of stable economic growth in the country. “In 2025, GDP is expected to increase by 11.1%, and the average annual growth over the past four years has been 10.2%. The "Tamchy" project will give a new impetus to our economy,” he emphasized.
The head of the government called on investors and assured that the state would offer stable and transparent conditions for work.
