It is expected that the system will start operating in the first quarter of 2027.
Alongside this, an electronic platform called "SME Hub" will be launched, which will integrate with the new system.
According to the Ministry of Economy, it is planned to implement a mechanism for issuing guarantees through a "one-stop shop" principle, which will ensure coverage of guarantees amounting to 50-90% of the loan amount for SMEs that cannot provide sufficient collateral. The Ministry plans to support at least 1,000 borrowers annually, of which at least 60% will be enterprises from the regions.
The average processing time for guarantee applications will not exceed 10 working days.
