Seven stolen dogs touched people around the world by making an incredible journey home together.
A recent incident in China's Jilin province has drawn public attention: a group of seven dogs, consisting of representatives from three different households, was kidnapped and placed in a car. Among the abducted were a German shepherd, a corgi, a golden retriever, and several other four-legged friends who knew each other well from their village.
However, during the trip on the Changshuan expressway, the dogs managed to break free. Instead of scattering in different directions, they decided to stay together.
All seven dogs formed a close-knit group and began their journey home, covering almost 17 kilometers over two days. Witnesses and drone footage showed an amazing scene: the larger and stronger dogs surrounded the injured German shepherd, protecting her, while the corgi and other smaller dogs stayed in the center of the group, ensuring their safety on unfamiliar paths.
Throughout the entire journey, they did not part for a single minute.
As the story spread online, local volunteers and rescuers actively helped track their route, providing updates on the dogs' condition so everyone could be assured of their safety.
Ultimately, after two days, all seven returned home and were reunited with their owners. Despite minor injuries, the dogs were safe, and their families, who had already been worried about the worst, felt a tremendous sense of relief.
Many experts believe that their strong bond developed because they grew up together and spent a lot of time playing, which allowed them to stay together throughout the journey.
This story serves as a powerful reminder of the loyalty, teamwork, and deep connections that animals can establish — both with humans and with each other.
