Deputy Altynbek Kudayberdiev proposed that new schools in Bishkek become branches of well-known and strong educational institutions. This statement was made at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh.

Kudayberdiev noted that the problem of the lack of educational institutions in Bishkek and Osh remains relevant. Currently, 20 new schools are being built in the capital, while 10 are being constructed in Osh, but according to the deputy, this is not enough to address the existing situation.

“I doubt that the construction of new schools will fully resolve the issue, as parents tend to send their children to schools with a good reputation. For example, schools No. 61, No. 26, and No. 13 in Bishkek attract students from different districts, which is why they experience high enrollment. I propose that the new educational institutions be granted the status of branches of such well-known schools as No. 61 or No. 26. This could increase parents' interest in these institutions,” the deputy emphasized, highlighting the importance of parental choice.
