According to the deputy's statements, the school named after Madamin Nazarov is in an emergency state and is unsuitable for educational needs. As a result, children are forced to receive education in the premises of the FAP (Field-Aided Post) and the mosque, which does not meet basic safety and educational process standards at all.
Sulaymanov noted that the project for the construction of a new school has already been completed and has passed all necessary examinations. However, he stated that there is only one problem — the need to include this project in the construction plan for the current year. Despite the abundance of facilities in the republican capital construction plan, the issue of the new school requires urgent resolution, as students continue to study in extremely unfavorable conditions.
Furthermore, the deputy also addressed the situation with the maternity hospital in Kyzyl-Kyshtak, which has only recently become part of the city of Osh. Although the building is in good condition, it has not been operational for about a year due to a lack of funding. This village has a population of about 60,000 people, and the closure of the maternity hospital creates serious problems for local women, he noted.
In order to resume the operation of the maternity hospital, Sulaymanov emphasized the need to allocate funds for 11–12 staff positions, as well as for the purchase of necessary equipment and supplies for the hospital. He also pointed out that restoring the operation of the institution would significantly simplify women's access to medical services, freeing them from the need to go to other districts of the city.
