At the new livestock market in the suburbs of Bishkek, the rules for slaughter according to Sharia were explained
At the new livestock market located in the suburbs of Bishkek, a meeting was held organized by representatives of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kyrgyzstan. The purpose of the event was to familiarize attendees with the Sharia requirements regarding the slaughter of animals, according to information from the press service of the Muftiyat.

Experts from the SAMK explained to the butchers the basic principles of humane treatment of animals in detail. They emphasized the importance of slaughtering with a sharp knife in one motion, as well as the necessity of cutting the trachea, esophagus, and jugular veins to ensure complete blood drainage. Each animal must be slaughtered while invoking the name of Allah.
