In the Toktogul district, programs aimed at supporting farmers and improving agriculture are actively developing.
According to information from the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, a project is being implemented in the region to create intensive orchards.
As part of this project, drip irrigation systems are being installed over an area of 30 hectares, and a water reservoir with a capacity of 15,000 cubic meters is being constructed. In addition, the area will be fully fenced and protective measures will be implemented.
The land plot has been leased for a period of 5 years through the district agricultural development management, creating favorable conditions for long-term planning and sustainable development of gardening projects.
Starting in March of this year, work on planting seedlings will begin in this area. The use of intensive horticultural technologies and drip irrigation will allow for efficient and rational use of water resources, which is especially important in conditions of water scarcity, and will significantly simplify the work of farmers.
The modern technologies being implemented by the ministry are aimed at increasing yields, minimizing water losses, and ensuring the sustainability of agricultural production.
