Amangeldiev added that different tariffs are planned for the CHPP for the population and businesses, and in the case of switching to gas, a commercial tariff will be applied for the enterprise. Despite the modernization carried out in recent years, it is impossible to make changes all at once; however, such plans are in place.
According to him, currently, the pressure on the CHPP is insufficient, but if this problem can be resolved, the transition to gas will become possible. "The entire process may take from one to two years," he emphasized.
