In Osh, a meeting took place where deputy Azamat Israilov reported issues with a six-story building constructed by the company "Emacom." Residents expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of a heating boiler in the building.
Minister of Construction Nurdana Oruntaev added that the company "Emacom" is currently in a state of bankruptcy and is experiencing financial difficulties.
“Numerous properties built by this company in both Bishkek and Osh are either incomplete or have not been put into operation. We have already assisted with the commissioning of several properties and continue to address this issue. In accordance with the president's directive, decisions regarding unfinished buildings will be made in the near future. We strongly recommend that the public not trust companies that do not have the necessary documents and refrain from purchasing apartments at the foundation stage. It should be noted that prices for construction materials have increased, and many construction companies are facing a lack of funds,” concluded the minister.
