At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh held on February 5, Deputy Azamat Isiraliyev drew attention to the problem faced by residents of Osh regarding a building constructed by the company "Emakom" at the address: Alimbek Datka St., 351. This six-entrance building contains 66 apartments.

The deputy reported that residents are facing difficulties in connecting heating, as this is prohibited by law, and the use of electric heaters leads to power outages. People are asking for help in resolving their documentation issues.

Minister Oruntaev noted that "Emakom" is on the verge of bankruptcy. "You know that the company is currently bankrupt, and there are no funds. There are facilities in Bishkek and Osh that are causing problems — some of them are completed, while others are either unfinished or not accepted for operation. Since last year, the Ministry of Construction has been dealing with the commissioning of such problematic facilities. The President has also instructed us to address unfinished constructions. We will make a decision soon, and you will be informed about it. As for the specific building in Osh, we are studying it carefully," he clarified.

Oruntaev also warned citizens not to fall for the temptation of attractive advertising when purchasing housing. "I urge everyone: do not buy apartments, especially at the foundation stage, from unfamiliar companies that do not inspire confidence. In recent years, there has been inflation and an increase in construction material prices, which has led to the bankruptcy of several companies," the minister emphasized.
