It is worth reminding that on December 3, 2025, the Central Election Commission considered violations in district No. 13, where 94 polling stations were established. There are 160,340 registered voters in the district. In the early elections, there were 14 candidates; however, after verification, it was found that observers from some candidates had installed cameras at 35 polling stations, which violates the secrecy of voting. As a result, the CEC canceled the registration of all 14 candidates participating in the voting.
