The Central Commission for Elections and Referendums has begun accepting applications from citizens wishing to participate in the repeat elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in district No. 13, scheduled for March 1, 2026.

Among the submitted applications:

- **Asanov Ulanbek Jalalovich** (born November 30, 1970) – currently holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Open Joint Stock Company "Issuer of Virtual Assets".
- **Mamataev Erkinbek Sadirbekovich** (date of birth: January 23, 1972) – currently unemployed.
- **Arstanbekov Akylbek Sovetbekovich** (born April 2, 1965) – Chairman of the Board of the Non-State Pension Fund "Kyrgyzstan".
The acceptance of applications to participate in the elections will close 30 days before the voting, that is, on January 29, 2026, by 6:00 PM.
