For the elections in district No. 13, the Central Election Commission has designated banks for opening electoral funds

The Central Election Commission (CEC) of the Kyrgyz Republic has selected banks to open specialized accounts for the electoral funds of candidates and political parties that will participate in the repeat elections for deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in the multi-mandate district No. 13.

According to the official resolution, "Elk Bank" and "Aiyl Bank" have been chosen to service these accounts, which will be opened for participants in the by-elections scheduled for March 1, 2026.

Additionally, the document states that mobile applications of these banks will be available for accepting voluntary donations to the special accounts of the electoral funds.

The responsibility for monitoring the implementation of this decision is entrusted to the control, inspection, and audit sector of the CEC apparatus.
