At the last meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Nilufer Alimjanova raised the issue of benefits for graduates of orphanages.
Nurlan Khudaikulov, Deputy Chairman of the State Mortgage Company, explained that graduates of orphanages can expect preferential mortgage lending at an interest rate of 4% per annum and without a down payment. However, to participate in the program, several conditions must be met, including having verified income and work experience.
Khudaikulov also added that although the State Mortgage Company is involved in social projects, the responsibility for providing housing for orphans lies with the Ministry of Social Protection.
Deputy Alimjanova emphasized the importance of helping graduates of orphanages. In particular, she requested to provide housing for Igor Belyaev, who is not only a graduate of an orphanage himself but also actively supports orphans. Igor is the director and founder of the Public Fund for the Protection of Children's Rights.
