The influence of the internet on youth was also discussed. Nurullaev noted that uncontrolled use of mobile devices can lead to serious consequences. When handing a gadget to a child, parents often do not monitor what content the child consumes and how it affects their psyche.
The supervisory authority reminded that raising children is not only a moral but also a legal obligation. According to the Code of Offenses, parents are responsible for their children's misdeeds until the age of 16, including possible fines.
